Electric chair shock page! The climax of the first issue carries over and Perkins does not flinch in giving us the nitty gritty of this horror!

A great page that continues from where the climactic ending of the first issue left us hanging. Spectacular, brush work and added wash tones put us right in the middle of this 1939 Gotham penitentiary!
