I love seeing the ink washes most of all, this scan of the art (not a contrasty print that would be used in reproduction) really looks 3D. Nice score!

Gorgeous commission by the great Paul Smith! I love Smith's take on the X-Men and this commission really nails what we all love about the mutant team. Smith's Cyclops is just perfect and this scene of him blasting Wolverine with his eye beams is killer! Love how Smith drew Wolverine angrilly reacting to Cyclop's attack and preparing to leap on the the X-Men's leader with claws out! If I was a betting man, I'd put my money on the feisty Canadian to win.
