Description

A banger of a scene between Alfred* and Ab Bats - as always, Nick's cinematic panel storytelling and pacing are on point - moving from the thinner top panels and then stretching out the horizontal ones with the background onomatopoeia - so good!

Another in your face example of how Ab Bats isn't your typical Bats.

The B&W pages are so powerful from this book. Love the 4th and 5th panels. Can feel the impact - especially in the 5th panel.

Incredible page- tons of action, Abs Bats going further than Bats would ever go, and a few shots of the things that make the suit unique. Big winner from issue 1!
