Description

Cm 27,5x42,5, full pencils on board by Larry Lieber.
Layouts, corrections in panel 2 and signature by John Romita.

John Romita, not in time to fully draw the issue, provided the layouts to Larry Lieber to produce the full pencils.
But, altough Lieber drew the pages, at the end the publisher choose Don Heck to redraw the issue (you can see in the publication that Heck took exactly the Romita layout and the added villain of the second panel to draw his version of the page.
