Just like with the Finch Batman you claimed, I came even closer to grabbing this one! On this piece, I had litterally put my finger down on the enter key at the exact moment I saww your claim get posted! Again, I don't even collect commission pieces, so I really might have to consider NOT watching the Dueling Dealers! Congrats, man!

Thanks, Ruben. You were about a split second behind me, because I think I hit "Enter" seconds after seeing it. I does seem like Mike and Anthony are offering more sketches/commissions than comic pages - or at least pages that I'm interested in. I should take a break from watching it too but you never know what's going to come up.

WOW!!  Deodato in all his sinew-busting, vein-popping glory!  Crazy detail, and -everything- is here: cosmos in the background; lovely, twinkling Asgard, fantastic shading and lighting, MAMMOTH combatants...  Deodato knocks it just as far out of the park as Thor is attempting to do here!  You gotta wonder if Thor is just going to try to skip over this patch of the Rainbow Bridge entirely, though...  It has to be right around this point where he tussled with the Surfer on Buscema's cover to SS #4!! :) (That has to have been the original commission request, right?  A revisitation?  Thor's posture seems to reflect it... It's a great idea and Mike absolutely KILLS it here with a perfect execution... it's so breathtakingly explosive and in-your-face that it's not immediately apparent... even though it is, y'know?) Mythological- sized on this pick up, Tony!  Great grab and killer execution by Deodato!
