Description

Also used as the Sketch Cover variant for a later printing of Final Crisis 6. In my opinion, this is the most iconic image published in a superhero comic in 2009: Superman holding the body of his friend Batman - who has been fried to a crisp by Darkseid's Omega Beams. While it's subsequently been revealed that Bruce Wayne was cast back through time and is still alive - the image is still powerful and I'm proud to add this stunning piece to my collection.

Fantastic wish I could hang this one on my wall - as this been directly done on Doug's pencils or on light box/copy?
