Allred's run on this character was horribly unappreciated and this is one of many pages that shows why and how. Congrats on your bounties of Allred-Surfer wonder!

It's a mystery. I had certainly not heard of this run at all, and only read it because a great friend championed it to me.

Trippy. I had a similar thing happen to me that is happening to surfer but I think it was just bad shellfish.
