Ross' character designs are unique takes that will probably appear in a painting someday as a side or hidden character in one of his covers. His pencil work here gives him a baseline for Captain Cold that he will begin his redesign which pays homage to the prior versions from comics, animation, tv, but will use that robust Ross imagination.
