The monkey shines on this page! He's enhanced to handsome by Starlin and Russell who give him the power of the notary public. The linework gives him such gravitas to make Batman the subordinate character on the page.

Cool page from a story and comic I remember well. Detective Comics #482. Loved those dollar issues when I was a kid.
