DescriptionAnd, the Universe just opened up to drop this Lovely in my lap. I first saw this in a fellow CAFer’s gallery in 2012, fell in love, posted a comment and contacted him with my interest. Over the years I have come back to admire and reiterate my desire. The other morning I awoke to an email from the owner proposing a trade deal. What?!!!! Am I awake?!!! Pinch, ow, yup. I immediately replied thanking him for remembering me, and responding, “In a word, Yes!!!! This piece pushes All the right buttons for me; Starfire with a look of complete joy as she freely travels though space, Saturn, the coolest looking planet in our solar system, with all it’s beautiful visuals, and the abundance of special effect touches of energy and spirals. This is hands down, my favorite Brando!!! I still cannot believe She is Now Mine in a very equitable trade with no bumps🙏🏼. A huge dept of gratitude to Mark, my Canuck Friend, for Allowing this🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼.I have been gifted with four outstanding works of art recently in deals that were effortless. Gorgeous Starfire that only the cosmos can contain her radiant beauty! Peterson makes Kori exotic and sexy in her pose allowing her to take a pin up to the next level!

Peterson captured her essence here. That whimsical look of joy as she flies is perfect. And I dig the story of quiet persistence. You landed it! :) Congrats!

Your excitement is clear in your description! Glad it made its way to you, and just goes to show, never hurts to ask, then inquire again from time to time. Worked out a few times for myself that way, too :) Not hard to see why you dig the piece so much. Great pure illustration with so much detail packed in. I bet you're smiling just like Starfire here when you're looking at it. Congrats!

Scatchamagowza! This is, without a doubt, the most perfect Starfire I've ever seen. And just as gorgeous as the central figure here are the dense and lush details peppering the cosmos in the background. Saturn's rings are resplendent; the Sun's rays are radiant, and Kori herself is rendered ravishingly... :) Incredible detail throughout, and one thing that really strikes me is her hair, beautifully braided, but not "aflame" (or whatever it is supposed to be when other artists show her flying). Just... perfect. A free sprit, flowing: Koriand'r in a nutshell. A perfect piece. Congrats, Bill! Awesome!
