Description

Confession time: This is my first commission EVER - after thirty yrs of comic art collecting. What happened is:
1. I 'discovered' Manix during a Comic Art Live online show - there was a Spidey page that blew my mind, but was sold before I got there.
2. I got a Doctor Strange - great page, but second to the Spidey
3. Doc Strange page arrives and you know how sometimes you get art and it meets expectation or doesn't quiet get there? This 10x'd my expectation
4. This left an even bigger spidey/manix hole in my heart.
5. Jiggy announced that Manix' commission list was open
6. unicorns dance and poop rainbows!
7. I ordered a Venom - that was my instructions, anything with Venom.

Here's the result. Scan's don't do this justice, I'm going to try and post a picture as well which may do a better job.

Manix's art is surrealism (think Dali/escher) that plops in super heroes- the result is quite unique and I personally dig it, but 100% realize this maybe not for everyone.
