DescriptionEarmuffsFucking utterly captivating piece. I finally had to cover it with a cloth for the time being because Death was really getting to me. Zu's delicate touch throughout beggar's description. Fine line control and expert use of contrast produce an ethereal feeling, particularly with Matthew and the sand falling from Dream's hand. As usual, Dream is in his own head, but Death has her eye on the prize. This was a print for the Thought Bubble Festival this year and congrats if you managed to snag one because they are absolutely gorgeous. Actually larger than life, and melt in your hands delicious. I'd reach out to Annabel on the off chance there are any available. Social/Sharing |

Very impressive. Has a photorealistic feel to it.

Stunning. I can barely scroll away long enough to type this. Must be truly spell binding in person. Lovely piece ML, thanks for sharing.

Dream, if you can, a painting
An ocean away of an art bloom
Daniel strikes curious poses
They feel the heat
The heat between Orzu and you
How can you just leave Death staring
Alone in a world that's so cold? (So cold)
Maybe I'm just into the dreaming
Maybe I just like art shipped flat, no fold
Maybe you're just like the reaper
She's never satisfied (she's never satisfied)
Why do we scream at each other?
This is what it sounds like
When doves cry

Truly ridiculous. We're fortunate that Zu works in comic art, because this kind of talent can do anything.

This is MAGNIFICENT. I've been starting at Zu's work from afar but this convinces me that I need to chase one from her. However, I think anything else out there pales in comparison to this - hands down my favorite thing I've seen her do!

Stunning piece! The central image of Dream and Death with fleeting doves appear ephemeral and ghost-like, with Death gazing at the observer in a rare moment. Zu's work is fantastic here, congrats!
