D-D-Dare I say...

..Grail?

This cartoon, is quite literally what birthed my love for Spider-Man. Owning an original cel in such an iconic pose... Man. No words to describe it. I genuinely don't think there's another piece out there that can generate the amount of nostalgia I get from looking at this. The fact that this episode marks Venom's first full appearance just makes it all the more sweeter. I'm over the moon.

Shoutout to CAF member, Tommy S. for inspiring the hunt with his amazing collection and also for the idea of displaying a GIF on my post to show where the cel was used.

Grail indeed my friend, this is a rare authentic production cel, not a "Post" version which are more common. Glad I could be an inspiration, mucho congrats!

Congrats on getting such a cool piece, but more importantly, congrats on getting something to which you have such a personal connection. It's always great when a piece of art ends up in the hands of someone to whom it has true meaning.
