Description

Taking a stroll with his girlfriend on his day off, Ben Grimm reacts with typical amiability when Johnny Storm comes to fetch the lovebirds back to FF headquarters at Reed Richards' behest. This page, from the story "Prisoners of the Pharoah" (apparently how they spelled "Pharaoh" back in the 60's) in 1963's FANTASTIC FOUR #19, features the Thing, the Human Torch, Mr. Fantastic, and the Invisible Girl, along with Alicia Masters and a nicely complicated piece of Kirby machinery.

The Thing is right. Reed is a bad boss. Caused him his disfigurement, makes him risk his life constantly, and uses him mainly as muscle.
