Mister Miracle #13 - April 73

"The Dictator's Dungeon."

Out of the sky, a bizarre helicopter approaches. Ted Brown is abducted into the helicopter by a powerful electromagnetic beam, before the strange primitives operating the helicopter can switch the beam off, Mister Miracle and Big Barda are magnetized to the craft's hull.
