Description"Death Watch!"December 1977 After the dramatic events happened in Avengers Annual 7, Mondragon "calls" Spidey ... Spidey knowing the COSMIC magnitude of the job asks for help to our blue-eyed heroe... here you have the exact moment when it happens... Now, I can say that I have the moment when Spidey asks Ben for help and I also have the moment when Ben faces the Mad Titan! What more can I ask??? Avengers Annual 7 and MTIO Annual 2 are one of my all time favourite Marvel storylines. This monumental arc is a Marvel Milestone. This woould not be possible without Romain's unselfishness. I'm grateful. I can say I have a cosmic friend. "What you have been smoKing, kid?" Ben Grimm - The Thing Social/Sharing |

Congratulations on this classic find. Also, it's hard to get anything from Spidey in which Starlin has been involved, they are known in dribs and drabs.

Starlin is also an excellent Thing artist. He really nails the expressions.

Fully agree! The Thing shines a lot through Starlin's pencils!

This is a Doozey of a page! Great when Starlin draws these characters and we get really nice images of them together and apart. The third panel looks like reference to Marvel Value Stamps! The zip a tone panel is very 70's and the split image design on the bottom three panels is magnificent. A dialogue page that is made infinitely more interesting by great visuals.

Wow! This is one of the things I like more from the hobby! How the OA can link people all over the world with similar taste. Let me say that your Starlin's Galleriy (amongst something else...) is magnificent. I will take care of it for sure. Thanks so much my friend.
