i had the opportunity to secure a commission from jesse lonergan and requested a favorite character of mine- zatanna. to put it simply, jesse knocked it out of the park. he put so much thought and care into the image. from utilizing his favorite "grid" approach to art to his use of zip-a-tone to all the animal characters with jesse's trademark deep set eyes. (he even threw in a baby etrigan to boot) there is so much to look at and get lost in. definitely one of my favorite zatanna commission pieces.

Wow! This one is so perfectly, Jesse. LOVE how he built it on a nine panel grid, but in a way ONLY Jesse would think of.

hey jared- thanks for the comment and like.

i also saw recently in a CAF newsletter your jesse commission with superman (transformation) that's a great piece as well.

i think i've only started following jesse since last year or so. he was one of those random suggestions on instagram and i've loved his work ever since.

nice to see another person being a die hard jesse fan. haha love that color batgirl piece as well.

Ken, I found my way to Jesse's work through Instagram too. That was back in 2018. I had no idea he was even a comic artist. I just dug the ideas he was putting down on paper. Glad to see more people discovering him and getting great commissions from him like yours.
