Description

A really striking image by a fresh new artist out of the Philippines - The cape is absolutely fantastic, particularly when coupled with the smoke effect. I was happy to pick this up during a claim show on CAF, and I look forward to seeing more from Elmer. Thanks to Jiggy for the hook up!
