Wow! This was one of the very few Marvel storylines from the Decade of Drek that I actually liked, and I always thought this cover was very cool. Congrats!

Madureira's run on UXM was IMHO the last truly remarkable run on the title. And AoA was a great concept, still relatively fresh at that time, and very well executed. Great cover, historical and must be great to look at in person.

Man this takes me back! I really enjoyed AoA and it all started here by the Mr. Mad! The storyline still resonates today and a lot of that had to do with the art! Congrats on a showcase piece from the story!

Congratulations on an amazing cover! I've always been a fan of the Age of Apocalypse, and this is one of the best covers (if not the most iconic) from that whole event.

I was wondering who ended up with this. Just about killed me to let it go but Im glad it found a good home. Lots of history and memories wrapped up in this piece of art. Enjoy and thank you!

One of those covers I never get tired of looking at. I bought it new off the stands when I was 12 and it changed the way I looked at comic books forever. Years back, Marvel.com did a poll of the most memorable covers they'd ever done, allowing users to vote for anything, and this one was in the top 5, IIRC. An amazing cover done by artists at the top of their game. AWESOME pickup!
