DescriptionWell, this is fun! I've been back and forth about calling these "birth pages" or first appearances. Since Vengeance is being created from bones up on this page, I'll lean toward the former.Very METAL scene, as Mephesto constructs Vengeance on a demonic blood altar, surrounded by hell fire! Vengeance was definitely a creation of the 90s. He's what you get with you think Ghost Rider (the flaming skull, chain whip cracking, hell rider) is too soft and cuddly! He was Ghost Rider's enemy, turned ally, before teaming up with all kinds of Marvel characters. Always a good day to add another Adam Kubert to the collection, especially one with a little significance behind it. 13" x 19" page Social/Sharing |

I agree that this is a true Birth page. But, regardless of what people may call it, it is indeed a great addition to your collection. Congrats.

Ghost Rider is definitely too soft and cuddly. Creating the character of Vengeance was definitely the right move, and you have the birth page! SO Metal !!

Fabulous splash! Love Adam Kubert's work here! The huge hands at the top, the rays of light pouring out and the body being ressurected make this a frightening, yet stunning, scene! The colors only add to it! Congrats!

Birth splash! Hard to top, man. Definitely a crazy dynamic shot worthy of the moment. And a worthy add to the Kubert Bros collection - congrats!
