DescriptionEgostrip book cover artwork by Dan LishPublished December 2020 Dan Lish is a British artist who has worked within the creative industry for over 20 years with a client list including Image comics, Lucas Arts, Sony and Rockstar Games as well as De La Soul, The Wu Tang Clan and Cypress Hill to name a few. Egostrip is a project that began on Dans daily commute to work, where he filled his sketchbooks with illustrations of iconic Hiphop Artists and Pioneers that have influenced him over the past 30 years. Book 1 (this will be the first in a series) is a collection of 138 full color illustrations, black and white Drawings and photos with Dan's anecdotes, process thoughts and tips and histories of the interconnected characters; their alter-egos and worlds created in glorious analogue and digital techniques. Many thanks to Dan for parting with the debut cover. His work is truly inspiring. Not familiar with the artist but don't have to be to know you like something when you see it. Really dig the stylization, and the line work throughout is so intricate. Congrats, George!

Thanks my friend! Lish has really made a name for himself in the hip hop world for some stunning art. He delivers some truly amazing line combinations.
