DescriptionThere's so much I love about the Age of Apocalypse. Even these minor pages showing the Infinites scrambling the Interceptors with only a brief showing of Weapon X have an impact, I feel. Maybe I enjoyed too many war movies as a kid, which a lot of these scenes draw inspiration from. Doesn't hurt that Adam Kubert tells a story so amazingly well with his layouts and detail.A few missing text paste-ups. In the first panel: "...a realm of magnetic flux, suspended water vapor, and aeolian anomalies!" And in the third panel: "This is Pierce. Calling North Atlantic Sea Security Platforms--" Social/Sharing |

AOA was a sweeping triumph of an event! Great page from the final issue that cemented it as one of the great Wolverine mini series of the 90's.
