Description

David Petersen opened up his commission list recently and I was able to snag a spot. I wanted something that was distinctly David Petersen but not necessarily Mouse Guard. I opted for a bust of Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind with a fox squirrel on her shoulder. David absolutely knocked it out of the park! Additionally, he and Julia were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They even included a wonderful personalized note with the sketch.

The sketch is two-toned on 9x12.

It perfectly makes sense to have this done as it combines Petersen's talent for illustrating natural habitats and characters with an epic scope.
