Nice pickup! I have a few cel drawings of Wolverine from the intro as well and your painted cel actually answered a question I had on mine. I didn't know what the overspray on some of my drawings was from but it looks like they cut out the portion of the drawing that was to be laid on top of the cel and air brushed for Wolvie's shadow, neat!

A full on showcase of the character as how it was presented is the way a lot of people were first introduced to Wolverine. It simply captivates!

I remember that part of the opening so well. Gah, this is so cool! And you got it just at the right time, before the redo of this series comes out. Iconic nostalgia purchase. Big congrats (from my youth)!
