Description

Wisdom is the contribution of Jorge Coelho, definitely one of the most important comic artists of Portugal for over a decade, to Paramount�s Legend of the Yokai program. The whole project is part of the studio�s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle promotion campaign.

Jorge Coelho is in my opinion one of the most underrated artists and he deserves much more credit and relevance and he is a great person as well.

By the way...the poster art has some gorgeous bricks also for who is into those kind of fetish ;)

Bricks, books, shelving, etc. are all important to standardize the heights and widths in order to give us a sense of the scale the turtles are in relation. These are the movie versions of TMNT and definitely shown larger than the OG guys in suits versions. Coelho shows each of the turtles' personality and the distance between Donnie and his brothers with that mountain of books.
