It was unused star wars revenge of the sith poster art. It's the only star wars poster art original that is not own by lucas from my knowledge.

I remember reading that the Lucas team wanted a change made to Darth Vader on the Revenge poster so Struzan did a new version of just Darth Vader and this was added to the published poster. So my understanding is that this would be published Struzan SW poster art and not owned by George Lucas. So kudos!

The glossy surfaces show how hard his twi’lek helmet washers and polishers did their work. Struzan lets the simplicty of the classic design shine and his lens flare is beautifully done to highlight it. For Revenge of the Sith, this would represent Vader's origin and the image carries with it the weight of the 6 movies up to that point putting Anakin as the main focus of the whole saga.
