Description

'There can only be one.' The film didn't do well when it first came out in 1986, with critics calling it 'cheesy, bombastic and absurd', but eventually came around to loving it for the very same reasons. Sean Connery, playing Juan Sánchez-Villalobos Ramírez, the Egyptian immortal with a Scottish accent, only shot for seven day but, certainly, made it count! From a downright sinister Clancy Brown to the music of Queen, this film gets referenced over and over again. And for all the right reasons.
