This is a really good example of his use of contrast, with the action centered around a pile of old mufflers. He brings life to the auto body shop and uses some interesting perspectives in doing so. One of the best Risso pages I have seen in recent posts here on CAF.

Really nice complex piece that probably required fully detailed pencils before deciding what to ink and what to leave out in the Risso manner. The blowtorch and springs are definitely too detailed of silhouette to just pencil in as placeholders.

Risso's masterly use of blacks works well with a comic like Batman. Congrats.
