Description

Mohawk Storm is one of my favorite Storm looks. Paul brought this to life in Uncanny X-men 173. I was surprised after several messages over the years that Paul responded with my commission request. He came up with several thumbnails to decide and I went with a “hand focused” commission but still with the Mohawk visible. This scan is from Paul before he noticed he was missing an eyebrow. He corrected it before he sent out the final version but it’s framed and on my wall and I’m too lazy to take it down to scan ??

Hands down the best piece in the collection? Really lush inks to get all the black leather looking so supple.
