DescriptionHow cool is this?! Originally this was listed on here as a really great promo piece after I picked it up directly from Carlos when it had just been revealed by Marvel back in December 2021 but everything about it looked “cover quality” - and now it is a cover!Marvel had posted a series of teasers on social media to launch “Destiny of X”, the name given to the next wave of X-titles, each of the 6 teasers featuring a well-known mutant. This was the first one. It got cropped a bit when used on social media by Marvel – see Additional Images for Marvel’s “Destiny of X” Twitter post and a screen shot from Marvel’s “Destiny of X” trailer, as well as a copy of the artist’s post on Instagram - so it’s great to see it in all its glory as a variant cover for Wolverine #20, the relaunch of the on-going series following the conclusion of the epic “X Lives / X Deaths of Wolverine” series. An awesome addition to my X-collection! And definitely worthy of being re-posted on here. Wolverine #20 solicitation below - THE BRUTAL RETURN OF THE BEST THERE IS…WITH AN UNLIKELY PARTNER! DEADPOOL was the king of Staten Island—now he wants to be an honorary citizen of Krakoa. WOLVERINE just wants him to shut up.
