A great one by Romita Sr as it is so polished with the throwback look! This is everything we associate with Spider-Man and Romita Sr. in the classic house style. It may be one of his last Spidey covers ever.

Wow, his cover is so cool in so many ways.

firstly we see Hobgoblin (rather than the usual Green Goblin).

secondly we see Hobby Triumphant over spidey !

and lastly, it's pencilled by the legend himself , John Romita Sr.!
