I know. Nothing of this book but love this page. The scale and depth of the forestry alone is breath taking. Congrats on scoring your grail!

It's a dark updated 80's interpretation of Peter Pan and this end splash leaves these punk lost boys on their own again. It is drawn in the indie style of black and white comix that required clear and heavy lines to make sure they get printed clearly. Max definitely stirred up controversy in the early 80's with drugs, sex, rock and roll to give us the underground rebel spirit in this series. This Spanish series would influence countless more artists to be willing to explore topics and dense subject matters that mattered to modern tastes.
