This page is collected in The Wake, originally from issue 72, page 11. The collection ties up most knots, and delivers the finale of this long, long running masterpiece.

This particular page follows this issue's graphical and story-telling format - a collection of illustrous characters, most (if not each) addressing us, the dreamers and readers (sorry for breaking that 4th wall there).

Page 11 continues Mad Hettie's eulogy from the previous page ("But, when's all said and done, 'e was all right. Poor old bugger"), and is followed by Nuala, struggling with decisions she had taken, and arguing with her brother about how he visited as boggart three times and removed his glamour from her.

A fourth character joins the two and listens in ... you'll have to turn the page if you forgot who that was. (Boy, was I close to go for both, but hey, food is nice, too.)

It's gorgeous! The artwork is very nice to fit the narrative like book illustrations put in sequence. It allows for the dialogue to slow down and for us to admire each panel.
