Description

This is actually a grail item for me, the painting I mean. I mean yes the pencils by Perez are great but the colors really make this the greatest image of J�onn J�onzz the Martian Manhunter ever produced. The colors really convey the characters ability to turn invisible, to camouflage or blend in but also the whole cosmic-ness of the Manhunter from Mars. The painter Tom Zuiko says this is more than just a normal color guide, that it is actually called presentation art or presentation coloring (AKA, Full Process Coloring also known as blue-boards) which is really pretty much a thing of the past in this day and age. This is the actual painting that the published page was created from and is a one of a kind.
