The sheer perspective and ultra grittiness make this a Winner! Happy Birthday!

Well, the wait was certainly worth it - this is fantastic! Cassaday clearly put his heart into this one.

The prize piece from Cassaday's set of Watchmen drawings! The bricked up alleyway with a filthy and bloody mix shows that this world required that type of "hero". It is plain to see on his face that Rorshach was someone who would get down and dirty to a degree that was even more crazy than the criminals. In terms of movies, Cassaday makes him stand there silently without emotion like a horror icon ready for his next victim.

Cannot believe this was available on Albert's site for 10 years. I'm sure you were not the only one lusting after it. But the opportunity to acquire it is gone. And all the lusting after will take place here.
A killer piece, Cassaday at his peak. Congrats!

Fantastic page with great composition! The chevron shadow pattern is a brilliant touch and is counterbalanced by the zig zag shadows on R's pant legs and coat. Well worth the wait. Happy Birthday!

I have been wanting a Rorschach piece for the wall in back of my Zoom calls for two years. Something like this would have been ideal. Well done!

Powerful Cassaday illustration! He really captures the spirit of Rorschach here. The blood-stains on the walls of the alley mirror the ink blotches that make up Rorschach's mask. Kinda gives me the creeps, but in a good way. Congrats of picking this one up!

What a way to celebrate your birthday. The inking on his trenchcoat is nothing short of phenomenal. And don't even get me started on all everything that's going on in the alley behind him. This is another level of illustration. Wow, wow, wow!

Man, the calm after the storm. SO gritty, and with Cassaday's trademark flair for presence and detail. Awesome. Big congrats!
