Description

How cool is this!? Never owned a Byrne pencil piece before - so this is extra cool to me. It's also from his prime - I'd say 84'-85' by the style. My absolute favorite period for Byrne. I first saw this online somewhere over 15 years ago. I liked it so much that I printed a copy and hung it in my cubicle at work. Was pleasantly surprised when it turned up recently and that I was able to snag it! It's nice when things work out like that. ;)

Good question - I've never seen it if he did. Didn't he ink Byrne on some title??

Yes. The story behind it is more interesting.

The final cut! John Byrne cuts my long hair for $100.00 + a deal for me to ink "Action Comics!"
