The best part of the Classic X-men books were all the amazing covers that were done. A fantastic pick up and I am sure you will reach your other cover goal soon.

This is one of the best of Lightle's Classic X-Men covers--and a great example of his work. Such an underrated artist--love how precise his linework is. Congrats!

Lightle captured everything you need to know that Dark Phoenix is all powerful and updated it in a more modern fashion than UXM135. Incredible how the fire extends and even over the logo for bigger impact on the audience.

I have had this one in my small "Wanted" gallery since 2006 - it popped up and was sold in minutes in 2022 before I saw it - congrats on a supreme example!

Man, this is slick... love the smoke coming off her head and the way Cyclops and wolverine blend into the negative space of the background. A+ cover

Absolutely stunning X-Men Classic cover! Gorgeous work by Steve Lightle. I love this drawing of Dark Phoenix standing triumphantly over Professor X's prone body and broken wheelchair. And it's pretty scary the way the X-Men are all pulling back, clearly frightened of what the Phoenix will do next. Brilliantly pencilled and inked by Lightle. Fabulous pick-up, congrats!
