Description

11x17 commission by Juan Ferreyra 2021. It's difficult to put my feelings on this piece into words. The overall imagery gives me a calm but dark and familiar tone. If I stare at this piece long enough, I can start to hear the raindrops bouncing off Spider-man Noir's hat, his trench coat and gun, and even the surrounding rooftops. It's hard to look away because I know there's a really good story that's about the unfold.

So great with the atmosphere using wash and white to create the rain and mist of this world around Spider-Man Noir. Ferreyra creates this like a painting with how many different shades are used.
