DescriptionLove this piece! Features a ton of major characters:- Morpheus - Lyta - The Furies - Gilbert (Fiddler's Green) And some really dark, inky panels from Marc Hempel. Marc;s artwork really irritated me as a young fan of Sandman back in the 1990s, but as the years have gone by, I have come to really appreciate it and it is among my favorites. As a huge fan of Blood of the Innocent I was overjoyed to see Hempel land the Sandman gig. He brought a Love and Rockets feel in so far as it was hyper stylized. His bold outlines helped to showcase some of the best coloring in the series, too.
