Description

It was always a goal to have a great example of Michael Turner's art in the collection, especially his Witchblade work, as it had a big impact on me (as well as countless others) when those books came out. His style of drawing and of course that distinctive way that he drew the female form really comes through in this page where an unarmored Sara meets Lara for the first time. I love the way he drew those eyes especially.

Great shot of Lara and Sara. It's a no brainer that Mike wanted Joe as his regular inker after working together on this book!

We all know how beautiful Mike's lines were. I love Joe let them shine through, but adding the contract and weight that inks bring. Nice page!

Congrats on getting a page from this issue! Nice quiet moment with Sara and Lara with fantastic inks by Joe. I bet all the detail is amazing to see in person.
