Description

Not just a really early Luther Arkwright page, but actually only the second ever!

Luther making his print debut here in the Brainstorm Comix title ‘Mixed Bunch’. Published back in 1978, but written and drawn by Bryan in 1976. Making this the very first steampunk graphic novel.

Of course Bryan’s style quickly evolved, but this tale was an absolute hoot. Who doesn’t like a motorcycling nun, eh? ;-)

Definitely NOT for sale.

I never got a voucher before, I got the ruler on the knuckles. Awesome piece with Bolton's skill with each panel having elaborate artistry. It also initially sets up what motivates Luther to do what he does pretty quickly.
