Description

Fantastic page (page 15 of 15) for the 9th chapter of Don Rosa�s classic "The Life and Times of $crooge McDuck", "The Billionaire of Dismal Downs�.
Possibly one of my all-time favorite Scrooge-/Rosa-pages...that 6th panel, with Fergus & Downy heading into the beyond and leaving Fergus body behind, always makes me well up...also, wonderful use of light in panels 3,6 and 7.

Perhaps the most emotionally demanding page I can recall in Duck comics. I remember how I was surprised even as a kid that Don was allowed to deal with a character's death in such an open way. Beautiful storytelling.
