Speak softly and carry a big stick!
Jason Aaron and Latour�s creator owned project has been one of my favorite if not to see my favorite book from past decade. The book shows the ugly side of this southern high school american football competition. It kind of bursted the bubble of how I saw the US High School as this ideal.

The character Earl Tubb reminds me a lot of my grandfather who was a lookalike to Earl, or Earl to him� The way Latour used the pencil to create this brush effect is simple amazing. I�m very lucky to have had the chance to buy this since Latour isn�t doing any commission or hasn�t realised any of the art from his books. I think he�s 99% digital at this point.

To sum it up - definitely a GRAIL for me!
