Description

Don Rosa The Black Knight Illustration Original Art (undated). "The Black Knight Glorps Again" in this illustration for the exciting story "The Black Knight" which was originally published in the Danish Anders And & Co. #1998-23; then later reprinted in the US for the first time in Uncle Scrooge #314 (1998). Produced as a preliminary, "scribble" for that first cover. Illustration was composed entirely in graphite and encompassing the entirely of an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper.

The classic prelims by Rosa are stunning and reveal that his pencils can be as expressive as his inks. A memorable all time foe for Scrooge!
