Description

Spoilers: she wasn�t Titans material.

I�d been looking for a great Perez example for many years, and I knew that above all else, I wanted something that featured Terra prominently. I was only just a couple of years younger than Terra herself when she first appeared in 1983, and although she wasn�t around long, her story was one of the first really calculated subversions of reader expectations I remember experiencing firsthand. Despite how bonkers those issues were, I�m gratified Terra is still fondly remembered because she�s always represented the apex of George Perez� incredible career to me (Marv too, of course). RIP George Perez.

Beautiful splash! This is peak NTT for story and artwork with them entrenchd as a flagship title for DC. Having Terra show up as Changeling's crush is very relatable after we got Logan's origins and really rooted for them to work out. All the more heartbreaking later on.

You know everyone loves battle pages etc... but man o man this page is hard to beat! Perez deserves all the praise he gets this is such an incredible page!
