Descriptionthought this was a fun page,ed really had fun doing the lay out of the panels, hellcat drving crazy in nighthawks new car, and doing that crazy position while driving, lol, theres alot going on here, i didnt get this one off the rack, picked it up prolly around 1982 at the book exchange, during this time, finding back issues was impossible, but i remember very well, going to the book exchange and he just got in a big box of comics, i pulled out a bunch of defenders, marvel team ups and avengers, he priced them 15 cents each, it was always best to check comics out before he priced, cause he used a ink stamp, which messed up the books, i recall getting these books very well, cause i asked him to hold the stack, and ill get the money, i went all over the place finding soda bottles, cans, lol, whats funny, is i got 2 1 dollar foodstamps from a friend, and bought a 10 cent candy , then went to another store and got another 10 cent candy, got me the money needed to buy the stack, also, like the name of car, LOLA, wonder if they used this to name agent coulsons flying corvette on the tv showSocial/Sharing |

Nighthawk, what a douche. "That car cost me fifty grand (in 1978!), do you think I'm made of money?". Uh, yeah, moron. With a fifty thousand dollar car in 1978, you best believe I think you're SWIMMING in it! Go Hellcat!

Hmmmm, kinda agree. He should have spent the money on classic comic art instead. Then he would be rolling in money, which is quite funny, as he's made of paper and ink.

Exactly! That $50k in original art would've absolutely meant he was now made of money. Multi-Millionaire!

How many bottles and cans did you have to collect to get this page? That car has got to be inspired by Penelope Pittstop!
