DescriptionLast December, when several showed up at ComicLink, I made the decision to go to the mats for a JRJr Uncanny X-Men page to round out my "must-haves".I targeted this page (the 2nd lot), but also went strong for the 1st lot, thinking this page would ultimately get bid up. Turned out I went strong enough for the top target, winning two lots in a row. Thrilled to unveil this great action page from the UXM era that started my comic collecting, featuring my favorite character, Colossus, other favorites such as Kitty Pryde & Nightcrawler, taking on multiple members of Freedom Force with that gorgeous image of Destiny framing the page. Not even that tiny image of that loser, Cyclops, can take away from this page. Social/Sharing |

Man... I love JRJR original run X-Men. This is a fantastic page and very jealous as I loved the issues with Freedom Force. Congratulations

Destiny made the Brotherhood / Freedom Force so much more formidable as she was coordinating the action like a real leader should. The X-Men look overwhelmed in this sequence and should look for a new team leader. Good thing #201 is just two issues away.

A lot of great moments from the freedom force team and some good action beats as they fight with X-Men. Love that Destiny profile next to Nightcrawler, great set of panels.

Great shots of Colossus in action. Freedom Force was a great foil.

Love that middle panel! Congrats, man - really can't top a great looking page from a book that got us into this stuff in the first place!
