I am unfamiliar with the character, closest I can think is "The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert", but I don't think this is that.

Hi Jordan, this is a drawing of my wife, Priscilla. Not based on any comic character. Mark added a few props to give it a more fantasy vibe.
