DescriptionA beautiful page realized by Corrado Roi from one of his recent and best works, in my personal opinion, for Dylan Dog 418 "Sally", a story written by Paola Barbato and veey freely inspired to the omonimous touching song "Sally" composed by one of my all time favorite singers: Vasco "Blasco" Rossi, un artist capable of putting poetry in music. A beautiful tribute to the great rocker from Zocca (a little village in Emilia-Romagna in Italy) that Corrado has realized by his typical dark and evocative style perfect to represent nightmares and horror themes. In the page is just portrayed Sally the principal female character of the story. 25 x 35 cm. Mixed technique, respect his first Dylan Dog numbers untill now Corrado has progressively changed considerably his "modus operandi" from a more classic pen and ink work to a more complex use of tempera, watercolors, markers ecc adding different grey tones and grey scales to his art.Social/Sharing |

Beautiful page!! Congrats! In my opinion too, Sally is one of the best recent works by Corrado Roi. I really enjoyed the story too.
