Such a magical piece! It's very hard to find good PAJ vintage art and this one is right at the top of his finest years! Congrats!

The glass bubble and the other planets behind it in a row is great composition geared towards giving the painting some stunning color effects.

Dang it. One of the things I do when I see artwork is to guess when it was done. My instant thought on this was the 1970s but you have it being on a cover in 81. It has a heavy 70's vibe.

There is always the chance that there was a British edition that preceded the Dutch edition but I've been unable to find it so far.
